Our mission is to promote quality hot mix asphalt pavement products that are safe, efficient and in the best interest of the customer.

Promote the use of ashpalt in highway and other construction by sponsoring conventions, seminars and research to advance knowledge and application of asphalt technology. Approximately 75 members are served by the association.
