Eci: early childhood intervention (eci)is a statewide program for families with children, birth to three, with disabilities and developmental delays. Eci supports families to help their children reach their potential through developmental services. adult: the adult program assists clients in reaching their maximum potential with an emphasis on regaining functional independence. opportunity center: the opportunity center offers variety of programs that include: sheltered workshop, assembly, recycling, lawn maintenance, greenhouse, mail service & packaging, and janitorial services. aquatic:148,260 pediatric:492,089 provided physical, occupational, and speech therapy and educational services to approx. 2,600 handicapped or injured children and adults.
