Each summer, camp programs are offered to school age children and are staffed by professional teachers. Camps offered this year included: arts and crafts, sports, science, lego and american girl. bachman hosts a quarterly community breakfast to facilitate the walden's ridge residents in a local meet and greet. a community library is available to all at no charge. It includes an extensive genealogical research section, year round children's programs and a large inventory of books and videos. fundraiser, bargin mart, and other miscellaneous income
