The purpose of the bartko foundation is to assist single minority mothers to reach and maintain self-sufficiency. The areas of self-sufficiency that the bartko foundatiion financially supports are education, transportation, housing and employment.

Single Parent Agencies

Human services programs, general/other: the bartko foundation provided 16 grants to 16 single minority mothers to help them reach and maintain self-sufficiency in the areas of housing, edudation, employment and transportation. There was a total of 24 single minority single mothers with 54 children funded by the bartko foundation in the year 2014.
