Bethany home health care (bhhc) provides services to the residents of bethany towers and bethany gables assisted living facilities. Bhhc offers a variety of services that span 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Direct care staff includes personal care assistants, cnas, and certified medication aides. The agency also employs lpns and rns. Services include personal care assistance, skilled nursing assessments and care, medication setups and administration, assistance with bathing, escorts to medical appointments, and sitter/companion services for assisted living residents. Lpns coordinate services for the 67 residents in bethany towers ii and 40 residents in bethany gables. During the current year, bhhc provided the following:-skilled nursing visits - 733 visits-personal care service hours - 6,853 hours-medication reminders - 24,965 visits
