The board is operated to support the roman catholic charitable purposes and shall assure that st. Vincent's care center, marillac manor and any other services offered or facilities built on the property formerly owned by the benedictine sisters of richardton are operated in a manner consistent with the ethical and religious directives of the us conference of catholic bishops.

Benedictine sponsorship board is established as a charitable non-profit corporation under the sponsorship of the benedictine sisters of richardton, nd and shall operate exclusively for charitable purposes.
