The arts council of southeast missouri was founded in 1961 by metalsmith otto f dingeldein to encourage artistic awareness participation and expression by showcasing the arts craft fair is designed to gather artists and crafters to present there acheivements in time for the holidays there were over 150 artisans and 8000 attendees this year juried art shows are projects through out the year designed to gather artists and crafters to show their arts
