The mission of ballet arts ensemble, inc. , of kalamazoo, a youth ballet company, is to provide educational and performing opportunities for its members while perpetuating the art of dance with an emphasis in ballet.

Presentation of ballet productions to the general public by students teaching ballet students and providing practice space guest instructors, scholarships, and field trips are provided to students of dance based on criteria of the board.
