Uniting the luso-american people in celebration of the annual festivities of the "divino espirito santo" (the holy ghost) that takes place during the seven weeks of pentecost. It operates as a social, charitable, and educational group as well as a religious organization.

This organization holds cultural and social events. These are held as fundraising events and all revenues and expenses are included in fundraising events.
