To cultivate the spirit of cooperation, to improve our profession of auctioneers and protect the interest of the auctioneer, and to protect the public against unscrupulous practices.

To provide standards of ethical conduct, regulate and supervise the conduct of its members, promote public welfare through the advancement of skill and establishment of high standards, promote fellowship among its members, build prestige and respect for its members and the profession, cooperate with the national assoc of auctioneers and government agencies, develop and conduct educational, public relations, and fund raising activites and to provide a united voice for those in the auctioneering profession.
