Provide member institutions with services that expand educational opportunities, promote academic excellence, and foster diversity; provide collaborative opportunities for member institutions; and inform the community of the benefits of higher education to the atlanta region and the state of georgia.

Interlibrary loan service- a van runs three days a week to deliver library materials to member institutions other council and member programs- to promote collaborative opportunities for member institutions. Includes conducting research projects documenting the scope and impact of higher education, establishing relationships and gathering content that help connect member institutions to the community, and developing publications.
