Health centers- to coordinate and implement programs to support pregnant women and children belonging to low income sectors educational programs-- to institute an intensive program of values and education to instill training in basic life skills based on universal values and virtues using a series of books from grade 1 to grade 12. learning to cherish program-- this program is intended for information and guidance on family life issues in order to design and promote cultural and social communication.
