Medical services - provided psychiatric care, therapy and medication administration to improve the functioning or prevent further deterioration of persons with mental health or substance abuse problems. outpatient individual - provided a therapeutic environment that is designed to improve the functioning or prevent further deterioration of persons with mental health and/or substance abuse problems. crisis stabilization - provided 24-hour, 7 day-per-week brief, intensive mental health residential treatment services to meet the needs of individuals who are experiencing an acute crisis an who, in the absense of a suitable alternative, would require hospitalization. other program services include case management, crisis support, detox programs, prevention and intervention, supported housing, and group support programs.
