1. To use earnings or profits of the corporation to assist devotees of the krishna consciousness religion to fully and freely exercise the said religion; 2. To facilitate the distribution of the literature of the religion; 3. To purchase properties upon which to construct krishna temples or other facilities to be used for krishna conscious purposes; 4. To purchase, construct or renovate buildings for the same purposes; 5. And to otherwise aid in the propagation and continuation of the religion.

Funds were granted to the bhaktivedanta instute which promotes the scientific basis of the religion and makes literature available to the general public. This is in line with our aims 1, 2 and 5 above. funds were granted to the bhaktivedanta archives which protects the writings of the founder of the religion. This is in line with our aim 5 above. funds were granted to the international society for krishna consciousness for construction and maintenance of temples which is in line with our aims 3 and 4 above. funds were granted for developing resources for communication and marketing krishna conscious literature, the translation and editing of sanskrit texts, as well as to bbt online ministry inc which maintains a website promoting the religion as well as iskcon online inc. This is in line with aims 1,2, and 5 above.
