Provide a forum for those in the psychological field of medicine to communicate all phases of mental health and social issues through discussion and educational programs.

We held numerous continuing education programs for our professional members in addition to our annual convention which is open to nonmembers. We also provided on-line educational programs. Our public education committee held several programs for the public, met with businesses to invite them to apply for the annual healthy workplace award, and offered to present programs to their employees. Through our volunteers and professional lobbying team, we advocated for the mental health profession and programs and services for the citizens of arizona. Thirteen student scholarships were awarded in the form of convention registration discounts based on an application process, specific criteria, and committee review and approval.
