Operation school bell is the flagship program of assistance league chapters providing a wardrobe of new clothing, shoes, toiletries, and a backpack to children in austin isd, del valle isd and manor isd schools and shelters to boost their self esteem and help them stay in school. assistance league scholarships are provided to qualifying students attending austin community college to help them achieve their career goals. These scholarships cover tuition, books, and fees.
