O provide catering and concessions for events held within the cajundome facilities, which consist of a 13,000 seat arena and an approximatly 100,000 square foot convention center. All revenues generated by artisan creative catering, inc. , from the sale of food and beverages, are for the benefit of the cajundome commission, a government entity charged with overseeing the day to day operations of the cajundome facilities.
