The purpose of the women of health occupations promoting education, inc. 's mission trips and health fairs is to empower and provide health education to indigent patients in vulnerable populations. To create environments of health education and services that will help improve the quality of health care provided to people of underserved communities.

Women of h. O. P. E provided health education and promoted disease prevention to underserved individuals. Women of h. O. P. E served as a coordinator of the jamaican medical trip where approximately 190 medical professionals, students, and other volunteers provided medical care and health education to approximately 4,000 underserved patients. women of h. O. P. E hosted hair peace 5k run/walk to bring awareness and support to those who live with autoimmune diseases that result in devastating hair loss. There were 36 volunteers and 150 participants. women of h. O. P. E's scholarship luncheon recognized 7 qualified minority high school students who received scholarships to further their education after high school.
