Wings of refuge is a long-term restoration home for female adults who have survived commercial sexual exploitation and/or trafficking. We provide a safe, christ centered atmospere of healing and restoration for each participant.

Human Services

Education/awareness expenses included: 1:1 sessions including trauma education, spiritual development, boundaries, media literacy, health coaching, and other individualized programming; group sessions including celebrate recovery, worship, and devotions; job skills training such as interviewing, resume writing, and financial literacy; continuing education including both online and class attendance. mentoring/life skills expenses included: monthly individualized 1:1 short and long term goal setting sessions; ongoing mentoring for charting personal restoration and goal accomplishments; personalized life skills training; volunteer and mentoring relationship building. safety/housing/basic needs expenses included: provided safe, 24/7 staffed, long-term housing for five women; updated/remodeled art room, therapy room and garden area; added additional security systems; ensured safe transportation to appointments, jobs, and activities.
