WISE & Healthy Aging programs include the City and County of Los Angeles Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program (largest ombudsman program in the nation), Elder Abuse Prevention Services, Training and Education Center, Adult Day Service Center, WISE Minds (an early memory loss program), Benefits Enrollment Center, Caregiver Support Groups, Care Management (in-home services), WISE HomeCare, Club 1527 (a senior recreational center with over 1,200 members), WISE Diner (congregate meals), Information and Referral Services, Mental Health Services, Senior Peer Counseling, Transportation and Mobility Program, and volunteer opportunities.
