Operation School Bell - provides school clothing, shoes and supplies to children in need Ready...Set...Read! - a motivational reading program sparking a love of reading through visits by children's authors, gifts of books and one-on-one classroom reading. Baby Real Deal - places infant simulators in middle and high schools designed to deter teen pregnancies. Operation Duffel Bags - provides gifts of duffel bags filled with useful items to foster teen graduates raised in the foster care system. Hug-A-Bear - gives bears to hospitals, shelters, police and fire departments which are distributed to children and senior adults in traumatic situations.
