The organization participates in the revitalization of atlantahousing authority-owned distressed public housing projects byholding limited partnership interests in either the relateddevelopment project partnership(owner entity) or an interest inthe general partner of the related development project partnershipof the various public/private partnerships that own themixed-income rental communities.
