To promote and advance the charitable objectives of the paso del norte children's development center through service to the center and it's patients.

Direct grants to the paso del norte children's development center to fund early childhood program services for special needs children aged birth to three. These services include physical, occupational, and speech therapy, developmental services, family counseling, social work services, nutrition services, hearing and vision services, and parent training. The auxiliary promotes and advances public awareness of these and other program services offerd by the center.
