The york health foundation is a community-based, non-profit organization dedicated to improving the health of the local community by generating charitable contributions for the york-based entities of wellspan health including york hospital, healthy community pharmacy, wellspan medical group, vna home health and several community health and outreach programs.

Realized support to its exempt affilities to improve the health and wellness of the york and adams county residents thru a wide range of fundraising events and donations. These fund raising activities included federal health care grants, golf tournaments, bike hikes, the book nook, bequests and other community donations.
