School--operate an independent private christian school grades k3 through 12th grade extended care--provide faith-based child development and care before and after school hours. summer camp--provide faith-based child development during the summer months for 180 children ranging from 3 to 12 years old. atlantic shores tuition fund--the virginia board of education (vboe) has developed a tax credit program where donors can receive a state income tax credit equal to 65% of contributions donated to approved scholarship foundations that provide qualified scholarships for low-income students attending qualified private schools in virginia. The school established a scholarship foundation according to vboe guidelines and began receiving scholarship applications on behalf of its students and students from other private schools. All donations and related expenses are accounted for separately as restricted funds.
