Asset trader (f/k/a the cga exchange) is an irs approved section 501 (c)(3) non-profit, public charity whose function is to educate and credential (as an approved irs ce provider) professional advisors (attorneys, cpas, m&a advisors,/business brokers, financial advisors, insurance agents, real estate professionals, etc. ) and to serve as a compliant asset exchange platform to legally convert, through philanthropic planned giving, a donors trapped, illiquid assets (businesses, real estate, investment portfolios, life insurance policies, etc. ) to more tax-advantaged, identity, asset, and estate protected income for life through the use of various planned giving structures. Asset trader is also a registered and approved irs continuing education (ce) provider credentialing professional planners through the professional designation known as the ceta (certified exit & transition advisor)
