The purpose for which this corporation is organized is exclusively for the charitable, religious, and education within the meaning of section 501 (c) (3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended, including without limitation, all purposes, powers, and privileges conferred upon the corporation by the new jersey corporations law, as well as the more specific purpose of establishing a girls' high school to educate girls of the jewish faith according to orthodox jewish traditions and orthodox jewish religious law.
