Mission

The organization raises funds to sponsor children in the above-referenced nigerian communities to attend primary and secondary school, at a school run by st. Mary's catholic parish, ugbele imo state, nigeria. The organization is also raising funds to operate a vocational/technical school in nigeria, which began operations in 2016 teaching carpentry, brick laying and sewing skills to students in a leased building in nigeria. In addition, the organization provides micro-loans to families in nigeria to replace lost family income when a child laborer attends school. The organization works stateside to increase awareness of the issues faced by children in said nigerian communities in attaining education (financial, security and logistical).

Programs

Educational scholarships: the organization awarded scholarships to sponsor 150 children to attend primary and secondary school in nigeria during calendar year 2017. vocational/technical school: in connection with the organization's goal to assist in establishing a vocational/technical school in ugbele imo state, nigeria, the organization assisted st. Mary's catholic parish in renting and renovating a facility for school which opened in 2016 -computers purchased, accreditation processes started and internet configuration secured process. As of year-end 2017, 14 students are enrolled in the vocational school. mission trip: to further the organization's mission in nigeria, and to assist st. Mary's catholic parish in establishing/growing the vocational/technical school in the region, the organization was responsible for organizing and coordinating a mission trip to ugbele imo state, nigeria, which included six participants and the president of the corporation.
