The athens tech foundation provides scholarships to students each term based on their financial need and scholastic ability. Students must maintain continuous enrollment in the athens technical college until the completion of their study program and materials for work study. During the year ended december 31, 2017, the foundation provided scholarships for 68 students. the athens tech foundation provides institutional support, such as award ceremonies, general expenses, including travel, covering the costs of a student entered in the science fair, as well as the cost of various workshops attended by various students. In addition, the foundation supported athens technical college by providing resources such as facilities to conduct classes and funding special needs such as the shuttle bus repair, library materials, college building renovations, and ged testing.
