Assistance League of Diablo Valley, a chapter of National Assistance League, is a nonprofit, nondiscriminatory, philanthropic volunteer organization dedicated to improving lives in our community through hands on programs.

Assistance League of Diablo Valley supports eight philanthropic programs. These programs include: new clothing for school children, layettes for babies at risk, educational puppet shows, clothing for victims of assault, community outreach, scholarships for college based on need and/or significant volunteer contributions, reassurance calls to the homebound and lonely, elementary grade reading tutorials, preschool vision screening and hearing,an early intervention reading turtorial and an entertainment troupe to senior care facilities.
