The purposes of the b. Gale wilson pto are to promote the welfare of bgw students in home, school and community and to bring closer the relationship between home and bgw so that parents and staff members may cooperate intelligently in the preparation of our children/students to be productive workers, lifelong learners and responsible citizens.

Assemblies to bring cultural and community awareness to entire student body. school social events-back to school night, winter wonderland and free bingo night promoting parent, teacher and student unity. classroom and student programs to enrich and add to teachers ciriculum and give students incentives to learn. field trips-subsidies for students to participate in science camp and outside class field trips teacher classroom accounts- subsidizes teachers classroom supplies and activities teacher and staff appreciation day-students honor teachers and staff with presentations, flower and luncheon. pto purchases equipment, furniture, picnic table, cameras, pe equipment, etc. , and donates these items to b gale wilson elementary school.
