Atlantic city development corporation is a not-for-profit entity that was organized to further the development of the city of atlantic city and its environs, including the development of residential and commerical real estate in a manner beneficial to the community. The organization undertakes community development activities and projects on a scale as may be necessary, appropriate, or desirable to improve the social, cultural, institutional, and physical environment of the city of atlantic city.
