This program is open to all area high school juniors, including the underprivileged and economically disadvanted, to develop responsibility and leadership qualities. to conduct the winter wonderland of lights festival which provides a free parade and free attractions for the community. to distribute backpacks containing clothing and school supplies to underprivileged children and to provide for specific underprivileged families.
