Foster care consists of individual and group homes for troubled youth providing food, shelter, education training, counseling, and any other service to allow youth to return to society as a productive member. In 2017 723 children were served. operation of a substance abuse treatment program for children and adolescents offering outpatient and impatient services for medicaid eligible adolescents, clients able to self-pay, and adolescents eligible for tcada funding. In 2017, a total of 66 individuals were served by the program. azleway boys ranch provides a variety of professional services tailored to meet the needs of residents in a planned continuum of care. The ultimate goal of the azleway boys' ranch is to guide and nurture each boy into the best living situation possible, whether that means a return to the biological family, a loving foster home, or transitioning into independence. In 2017, the boys ranch served 101 boys.
