The organization's purpose has been to provide thirty five(35)or fewer academically talented and financially disadvantaged students with encouragement and support to graduate high school and attend college.

Salaries and wages are paid to individuals who assist in mailing and telephoning mentors students. The program associate coordinates tutoring and works with mentors and students. student activities consist of an incentive program, tutoring students, medical assistance, educational assistance, annual picnic, games and reception.
