The baker county 4-h/ffa livestock auction association facilitates an annual auction in support of 4-h and ffa. In carrying out our exempt purposes of the auction, we collect dollars from buyers of animals then distribute those dollars back to the youth who sold the animal. Additionally, a portion of those collected dollars are used to pay for freight, auctioneers, tags, brand inspecting, and other expenses related to the selling of these animals. We had a total of 129 animals sell at the auction.
