To promote the arts in northern wisconsin by holding art exhibits, promoting arts in general and providing a building as an arts center in such a manner that art exhibits are free to the public. to increase awareness of the arts center by holding special events that will bring the public into the building to view exhibits and to become aware of artstart inc goals, services and facilites.
