Conducted mid-atlantic annual conference & expo. 200 organization members and non-members attended segmented professional skills-related tracks delivered by multiple subject matter experts. conducted speaker series events and web-based conferences. An average of 100 organization members and non-members attended sessions led by industry and/or government specialists on a variety of professional development subjects. conducted a year-long mentor-protege program for senior industry professionals to interact in group and individual settings with less experienced and/or newly promoted professionals.
