The organization's mission is to fulfill the developmental needs of serious young dancers, regardless of economic background, in a safe, nurturing and pre-professional dance company environment. The organization is also dedicated to educating and inspiring underserved children in san antonio through providing free tickets to the organization's performances and free dance lecture demonstrations in schools, social service centers and other community locations.

Ballet school: main focus of education in the art of dance and furthering the abilities and talents of committed students willing to devote time. Students, ages 3 years old to adult and of all different dance levels benefitted from our program by attending classes at our school and learning ballet, modern dance and musical theater. Students also benefitted by learning choreography and performing for live audiences. Approximately 246 students were served by this program. performances: multiple spring/fall performances allowing students to share talents and abilities with others, encourage participation in education in the art of dance; bring to the underprivileged a professional performance at no charge. Approximately 800 students from several area under-resourced schools benefitted from our program by attending a free performance of ballet performed by our conservatory company dancers and professional dancers. Dancers and docents also visited each school prior to the performance to give lecture-demonstrations about ballet. Over 1,000 people were served by this program. outreach (free student performance and distribution of free tickets to social service agencies): specific steps towards bringing the love and appreciation of dance to the local school children from socio-economic challenged areas. Approximately 800 individuals from social service agencies benefitted from our program by attending one or more of the 3 ballet performances which were presented to the public throughout the year. 15-20 under-served students receive complimentary ballet instruction twice per week.
