To increase the awareness and appreciation of old time athabascan music, culture and history.

Coordinated a four day festival attended by alaska natives from all over the state of alaska and beyond. The cultural event passes on the native traditions from the elders to the younger generation which insures the continuation of "keeping time with young and old". During the four day festival some members of fairbanks junior fiddlers and other youth organized a concert for elders who want the traditional music to play on.
